Why it sells in a pet store
Your cost is $84.56 against a recommended retail of $109.99, which leaves roughly 23% gross margin before your own shipping and marketing. We pick, pack and ship each unit to your customer from a US warehouse, so there is no inventory to buy up front and no minimum order.
Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for large cats?
Each layer is rated to 22 lb. Large breeds are better matched to a wider, taller tower.
Can the covers be washed?
Yes, the condo and perch covers are removable and washable, which is the main reason buyers pick this model.
Does it need anchoring?
It is a compact 36" frame and stable on its base, though wall anchoring is always safer for active jumpers.
