Custom Kits let you mix best-selling products into one curated set for your store, instead of ordering full cases of each item. Start on the Build a Custom Kit page, pick your products, then submit a quote request — we price the kit as one package.

MOQ varies by product and is shown on each product page. Ready-made kits usually ship as complete kits, while Custom Kits and the Dropship program offer much lower or zero minimums.

Use the Get a Quote form. Include products, quantities and your destination — you'll receive pricing, lead time and shipping options from our team.

Log in and open My Account → the Buyer Center shows your Orders, Quotes and Shipments in one dashboard, with live status for every order.

Accepted payment methods and terms are confirmed together with your quote (bank transfer and online payment options are available). Repeat buyers may qualify for negotiated terms.

Dropshipping lets you sell our products in your online store without buying inventory. You list the item, your customer pays you, you order from us at the dropship price, and we ship directly to your customer from our US warehouse. Browse the catalog at /dropship/.

Orders placed on the dropship catalog are processed within 1 business day and delivered within the US in 2–5 business days. Each listing shows its estimated delivery window.

No. Dropship listings have no MOQ — order a single unit whenever your customer buys. Quantity discounts (like 10% off 2+ units on selected items) are shown on the product page.

Yes. Every dropship listing shows live available stock and the shipping warehouse (e.g. "Ships from US"). Stock is deducted in real time as orders come in, so what you see is what we have.

For private-label and low-MOQ manufacturing, submit the Become a Reseller form. Existing supply partners who want to list products or join the dropship program can reach us via Contact Us — include your catalog and warehousing capability.

All product channels are managed in one place: wholesale listings, product Kits, and Dropship listings. Log in and open the Supplier Workspace — your product, order and shipment dashboards are in the sidebar.

Suppliers declare available stock per listing, and set a fulfillment (out-of-warehouse) price. When a customer orders, the order is routed automatically — you fulfill from the designated warehouse, and the sale is recorded in your ledger. Listings pause automatically when declared stock runs low.

Dropship fulfillment payouts run on a fixed settlement cycle (net terms agreed in your supplier contract). Every fulfilled order posts to your ledger in the Supplier Workspace with amount, currency and due date, so you always know what's pending and what's due.

Yes — and it should. Dropship carries different unit economics (single-unit picking and packing), so each listing has its own retail price, fulfillment price and shipping fee, independent of your wholesale sheet. Final retail pricing is set by JustForPetStore to keep the program sustainable.

Accounts are role-based. Buyers see the Buyer Center (orders, quotes, shipments); suppliers and vendors see the Supplier Workspace with fulfillment and payout tools. Log in at My Account and you'll be routed to the right dashboard automatically.
