Wholesale SKUs and KITs ship from our Hangzhou, China warehouse on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — freight, import duty, VAT/GST, clearance and door-to-door delivery are all in the checkout price; pick DDP Ocean for the lowest landed cost or DDP Air when you need stock faster. Dropship listings ship from our Los Angeles, USA warehouse as domestic US fulfilment — stock is already in the country, so there is no ocean freight, no duty and no customs delay.

How We Ship Your KIT
- Minimum order: USD $600 to process an order.
- Free shipping: Orders totaling USD $2,800 or more ship free on DDP Ocean. DDP Air is always charged at the quoted rate.
- Procurement time: About 6 days after payment confirmation.
- Delivered Duty Paid: Duty, VAT/GST, clearance and last-mile delivery are included — no invoice from the carrier on arrival.
- DDP Ocean: about 24–36 days door-to-door — the low landed-cost option.
- DDP Air: about 11–15 days door-to-door — best for new launches and urgent restocks.
- Tracking: Provided once your order is handed to the carrier.
- Custom KITs: Same carrier network, freight quoted live from total weight and destination country.
Door-to-Door Estimates
Ranges already include the 6-day procurement window and a scheduling buffer. Remote addresses, customs inspections, peak season and sensitive goods (batteries, liquids, food, untreated wood) can add time. Markets outside our served list are quoted manually — the checkout will tell you if we cannot ship there automatically.

Wholesale and dropship items settle through different chains and cannot be combined in one order — your cart will ask you to check them out separately.
What You Pay For
- Chargeable weight: the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight (1 m³ = 167 kg for air). Light-but-bulky items — beds, cat trees, plush toys — are billed on volume.
- DDP price: per-kg lane rate × chargeable weight, plus a 10% buffer for fuel, peak-season and currency movement.
- Already included: export handling, international freight, import duty, VAT/GST, customs clearance and final delivery.
- Not included: remote-area surcharges, storage/demurrage caused by delayed customs response, and any local licence or product registration your country requires.
- Minimum chargeable weight: 100 kg on DDP Ocean and 21 kg on DDP Air. Because ocean carries the higher floor, a very light shipment can genuinely cost less by air — when that happens we pre-select DDP Air and mark it Best value at this weight. You can always switch back to ocean, and ocean stays the free service above the threshold.
- Final confirmation: freight is quoted at checkout and reconfirmed against the packing list before dispatch.
