How onboarding works

  1. Send your range
    Share your catalogue, certifications, factory audit status, MOQ and FOB pricing. A one-page line sheet is enough to start.
  2. Range review
    We review fit against our aisles (toys, bowls & feeders, leashes & restraints, clothing), check certifications and agree target pricing.
  3. Samples and agreement
    You send samples for quality and packaging checks. Once approved we sign a supply agreement covering price, lead time and defect handling.
  4. Go live
    Your products go into wholesale and curated KITs. Smart pet electronics can also join the dropship catalogue. You receive demand forecasts and reorder requests through the supplier portal.

JustForPetStore provides supplier onboarding, product listing, buyer promotion and B2B tools such as catalogues, checkout, order handling and automation. You remain the seller and set your commercial terms; the platform provides the service layer.

Dropship for independent online sellers

You publish eligible products in the dropship catalogue. Independent ecommerce sellers select your products for their own stores; platform tools help them list products and automate catalog, inventory and order workflows. When their customer orders, the order is routed to the agreed supplier or fulfilment path. You supply the product; JustForPetStore provides the platform services, not a wholesale purchase.

Who we are looking for

We work with manufacturers, brand owners, sourcing companies, trading companies and distributors across pet toys, bowls and feeders, leashes and restraints, pet clothing, grooming and pet wellness. You do not need to own a factory. Private label and OEM capability are a plus, not a condition.

The minimum bar is simple: consistent quality, honest lead times, and documents we can stand behind — business licence and product test reports where applicable. Existing certifications or audit reports help, but none of them is mandatory.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to join?
No fee to apply — submit your line sheet free. To publish SKUs and appear in the supplier directory you need an active subscription from $59/month (Starter, 50 SKUs). No marketplace markup is added on top of the prices you set.
How many other suppliers will compete with me in my category?
We admit at most 3–5 active primary suppliers per product leaf-category. This is a permanent cap; a slot only opens again when a supplier leaves (lapse, withdrawal or termination), and the first approved applicant fills it.
Do I need to pick my own primary categories?
Yes. You pick one to three primary leaf-categories at onboarding. About 60% of your published SKUs must come from those primaries; up to 40% may come from other open categories.
Do I need to own a factory?
No. You do not need to own a factory, and we do not ask you to name the maker behind every SKU. Manufacturers, brand owners, sourcing companies, trading companies and distributors are equally welcome — what matters is that you can supply consistently and stand behind the quality.
What is the minimum order you place?
It depends on the supply model. Wholesale supply starts from a single carton per SKU; dropship supply starts from a pallet into our US warehouse.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically two to three weeks from line sheet to go-live, assuming samples and documents arrive promptly.
