List on a GPI plan. A flat 6% only when a deal settles.
JustForPetStore has no subscription of its own. Publishing wholesale or OEM/ODM runs on your Global Pet Index (GPI) monthly or annual plan, which is also what gets your brand listed in the Global Pet Index directory. Local stock runs on the commission lane and needs no subscription; a GPI plan raises its ceiling and unlocks the other two listing types. We earn a flat 6% commission only on orders that actually settle through platform checkout; inquiry-led deals (quotes, samples, off-platform settlements) carry no platform commission. Every inquiry is emailed straight to your inbox, with the buyer on Reply-To.

Commission is deducted from the settlement we owe you; it is never charged up front. See the trade modes policy for what counts as a settled order.

Which listings you can publish
Three product forms, one subscription. The type you pick decides which GPI plan you need.

The GPI plan is the Global Pet Index listing subscription, billed by GPI — it is not a JustForPetStore charge, and we take no cut of it. If a GPI plan lapses or expires, publishing pauses until it is renewed. See the GPI membership plans.
What you get
50 listings on Monthly — 500 on Annual
GPI Monthly ($59) carries 50 published listings and unlocks local stock and OEM / ODM. GPI Annual ($590) raises the ceiling to 500 and adds wholesale by the case — all three types, no per-type lock. The platform’s own catalogue is not bound by this cap; ask your account manager if you need more headroom.
Inquiries land in your inbox
Every inquiry — from a product page or a local stock offer — is emailed straight to your account address, with the buyer on Reply-To, so answering is just replying. A copy stays in your portal, and a first reply is expected within 2 business days. Buying a GPI plan does not change the price of this; it is how member accounts are reached.
You set the price
JustForPetStore adds no markup on top of your prices. Your wholesale, local-stock and OEM/ODM prices stay yours.
Agreed payout terms
Settlement runs on the term agreed with you — 30 days by default, up to 45 where that was negotiated. Every order lands in your statement with its own due date.
Credit line on approval
A fulfilment credit line can be arranged for eligible accounts, subject to approval and account standing. It is not automatic and is no longer tied to a plan tier.
Commission and deposit are different things
Worth stating plainly, because they are routinely confused:
Money out of your revenue
- Commission — 6% of a settled order, taken out of the payout we owe you.
- No JustForPetStore subscription — nothing is charged monthly by us, so there is nothing to cancel with us. Publishing runs on a GPI plan, which is a separate product billed by Global Pet Index.
Money held, not spent
- Deposit — a refundable risk deposit held in your wallet. Not a fee: it backs the orders you place and is refundable under our deposit terms.
- Credit line — fulfilment headroom granted on approval. Not a fee either.
Your deposit and wallet
The wallet is a running ledger: deposits in, orders and shipping out. Your available balance is always the sum of that ledger — never a number edited by hand.

How to start
Four steps. Applying is free — the only subscription is the GPI plan you need in order to publish.
- Apply as a supplier. Complete the application — it is free.
- Business verification. We confirm the store or channel you will be selling through.
- Deposit. Your account manager confirms the deposit amount for your volume band.
- Choose a GPI plan and publish. Publishing unlocks as soon as an active GPI Monthly or Annual plan is on your account — there is no separate JustForPetStore fee. The 6% commission applies to anything that settles through checkout, and inquiries are emailed to you the moment they arrive.
