Dropship is a supply-chain service, not a cart of products. Your membership buys platform access, warehouse inventory, product feeds and fulfilment; a separate refundable deposit backs the orders you push through the warehouse.

Membership and deposit are two different things
This distinction matters, so we state it plainly:
- Membership ($29 / $79 / $199 per month) buys the platform service — catalogue, warehouse, feed, fulfilment, support. It is a service fee.
- Deposit (from $500) is a risk deposit held in your wallet. It is not a fee — it backs the orders you place, and it is refundable according to our deposit terms.
Every movement is recorded in a wallet ledger: deposit in, order out, refund in, shipping out. Your available balance is always the sum of that ledger, never a number edited by hand.
Your shipping credit score
Credit is behaviour-based, not balance-based. It grows with consistent, clean fulfilment:
- Steady on-time fulfilment and payment: positive
- Order cancellations: negative
- Chargebacks or non-payment: strongly negative
- High refund rate: negative
- Long dormancy: slightly negative
Bands: Restricted · Basic · Standard · Trusted · Premium. Higher bands unlock faster inventory reservation and lower deposits.
