Tiered listing allowances

The platform enforces a hard cap per supplier based on active membership. The count includes active/pending supplier catalogue SKUs and linked listings, while archived or rejected entries do not count.

What happens when you try to exceed your cap

The product is saved as pending with an admin notice pointing at the membership page. The system never silently rejects.

Subscription gate

You cannot publish at all on the Free tier. To start listing you need an active subscription to any paid tier.

Supplier placement

When a supplier-owned product is linked into the public product catalogue, the product list ranks active Elite suppliers before Pro, then Starter. Placement affects sorting only; it does not guarantee impressions, clicks, enquiries, or sales.
