What happens if your subscription lapses

At subscription cancellation/expiry, linked marketplace listings are archived and supplier-owned published product posts are returned to draft. They are removed from public catalogue visibility.
The supplier profile is marked inactive while the listing subscription is not active.
The supplier no longer occupies an active primary-category slot, so a qualified replacement may be approved.

Reactivation

Renewal restores eligibility to submit listings, but archived items require review before returning to public visibility. The platform does not promise automatic re-publication or a fixed reactivation time.

Records and data

Subscription lapse does not itself delete submitted catalogue records. Any later retention or deletion is governed by the platform privacy and data-retention policies.
