Supplier Onboarding Agreement
1. Pick primary categories (60% rule)
At onboarding you choose at least one leaf-category as your primary. At least 60% of your live catalogue must sit inside your primary categories. The remaining 40% may be from any other open category.
The catalogue import gate checks this mix before accepting a batch. If a batch would take non-primary products above 40%, it is not committed; the supplier must adjust the categories or select different primary categories.
2. Listing allowances by tier
| Tier | Listings | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 50 | $59 |
| Pro | 200 | $99 |
| Elite | 1,000 | $299 |
| Free | 0 (no publish) | — |
3. Pricing is yours, commission is the platform's
- You set your own retail / wholesale / dropship prices — no markup is forced by the platform.
- Platform commission is charged only on actual settled orders: Starter 6%, Pro 5%, Elite 3%.
- Listing-only sellers (OEM/ODM, nearby-stock) pay only the subscription; no commission unless an online order settles.
4. File uploads
One ZIP per category is recommended; the server auto-maps filenames to SKUs (SKU_01.jpg, SKU/01.jpg, SKU.jpg). Single-image drag-drop is capped at 20 files per request (PHP server limit). For larger catalogues, use chunked upload.
5. Reviewed before publication
Bulk imports are stored as pending supplier catalogue rows. A product is not public until it passes the platform's review and is published through the approved listing flow. Review timing depends on completeness and category capacity; no fixed turnaround is promised.
