Your JustForPetStore account holds your orders, wholesale pricing, credit line and Local Stock activity. This page is a map of it; the account itself lives behind a login.
Sign in
- On the web — My account.
- On iPhone or iPad — sign in with the same email or username and password in the app, under Account → Sign in. Membership plans, orders and the support chat are all there.
What the account is for
- Orders — every order and its settlement status.
- Wholesale pricing — account status decides which price tier you see. Applying for a buyer account is automatic on registration.
- Local Stock — post buying requests, and reply “I can supply” once you have an approved supplier account or a membership.
- Credit line — the ceiling on your credit line, and the payment behaviour that raises it. See Membership & credit.
- Membership — your plan, renewal date and commission rate.
Forgot your password
Use Reset your password. If the email does not arrive, check spam and then write to info@justforpetstore.com from the address on the account — we can only verify the request that way.
Buying, or selling?
- Buying wholesale — browse the catalogue or build a kit, and check shipping & freight for thresholds.
- Selling — Apply to Sell, then publish availability in Local Stock.
