Do I need to be a factory?

No. Manufacturers, brand owners and trading companies all supply us. We ask you to be clear about which you are.

Is there a minimum production capacity?

We ask for enough capacity to cover forecast KIT demand plus a buffer. Exact numbers depend on the SKU and are discussed during the review call.

Can I supply only into the dropship programme?

Yes. Some suppliers only place stock in our US warehouse and never sell to us in bulk.

Who sets the retail price?

We do, in consultation with you. We publish an MSRP and agree the wholesale cost with you up front.

Will my brand appear on the listing?

That depends on the model. Own-brand supply keeps your branding; private label supply ships under the retailer brand.

What if a product underperforms?

We review range performance together and either reposition, repack or delist. Delisting follows the notice period in the agreement.
