Frequently asked questions
How long does approval take?
Two to three weeks in most cases. Missing documents are the most common reason it takes longer.
Do I need a factory audit?
Not to apply. If you have one, include it — it speeds the review up considerably.
Can I apply for a single product?
Yes, though we build assortments, so a small coherent range tends to perform better than one isolated SKU.
What if my application is declined?
We will tell you why. Most declines are category overlap or pricing, and both can change — you are welcome to reapply later.
Ready to supply our network?
Send your line sheet — we review every application and reply with a clear yes or no.
